Here Come The Helmets:Our Biggest Eurobike Ever

August 26, 2014

Eurobike is one of our favorite shows – we’ve been distributing our helmets in Europe since 2007 – and this year will be our biggest show ever.

It’s amazing (even to us) that at this Eurobike we’ll be introducing 16 new Gen3 Street helmet designs, the most new helmets we’ve ever released at one time.

Here’s a list of new entrants to the Nutcase line-up: Alien Abduction, Daisy Pink, Diamond Daze, Flamingo Fun, Helluva Houndstooth, Hula Vibe, Island Sunrise, Lava Lamp, Liquid Silver, Lotsa Love, Preppy Pink, Spirits in the Sky, Varsity Stripe, and our three Unframed artists’ series helmets  – Boogie by Ray Moore, Cloud Nine by Todd Standish, and Locombia by Sandra Ramirez.

See them all below, and please stop by and visit us at the Eurobike show in booth FG-WB101, or at next month’s Interbike at booth 1079.

If you do stop in, actually, you are likely to catch the three Unframed artists in action, painting the panels that will be auctioned off to benefit one of our favorite partners, World Bicycle Relief.

With our long history in Europe (we won the ISPO Brand New Award in February 2007), and new markets being developed in Russia, Sweden, and Poland, we knew we had to do a blowout at the 2014 show.

So we are also proud to introduce our Metroride, a sporty new design!

“Metroride is very European inspired,” says Nutcase founder Michael Morrow. “We get a lot of inspiration from the urban commuter vibe in Portland, and Portland is the most ‘Euro’ of US cities – a place where folks bike and walk and use mass transit, as well as a small town atmosphere with big city creativity and expression.”

New helmets are not all we have in store for these two show – stay tuned by checking back at the blog for the latest news. Or watch for coverage in European publications such as RadMarkt.

Eurobike, here we come.
