We understand the concern around the Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation, and have posted this notice in response to the questions we have received. Like you, we are continuously monitoring the latest news, and following the mandates and recommendations of our government and health authorities. We take that responsibility very seriously. In all of our office and distribution locations, we are conducting even more rigorous cleaning and sanitizing procedures, along with other measures including work-from-home, social distancing, increased hand washing, etc.
In accordance with local government direction, many of our retail partners have had to shutter their doors for an indefinite time. This includes retail stores in countries around the world including the United States and Western Europe. Our retail partners in Japan remain open and, as of now, are operating normally.
