It’s Interbike 2015 – the biggest bicycle show in North America – and we’re pretty busy packing our bags, taping our boxes, and sending an assortment of comfy furniture on the long road to Las Vegas, Nevada.

We’re normally a high energy and nutty crew, yet we also like to be comfortable, so coming to visit us at our booths (9078, 7065) at Interbike we hope will be a positively surprising, yet also cozy and fun experience. This business-to-business show opens Wednesday, September 16, with a consumer day on Friday, September 18.

At the very least, friends of Nutcase will:

• Experience our Unframed artists – Carla Bartow, Tiago DeJerk, Jobert Cruz – making wild, wacky, live art murals all day and night.

(Don’t forget to see and try on their three helmets, Freakalicious, Fathom This, and Pakikibaka, samples of which we’ll have available in sneak peek. We will also raffle off at least one set of artist signed helmets during the show.)

• See our complete line-up of new designs for 2016 (more on those in Monday’s blog).

• Get a glimpse of Mr. and/or Mrs. Nutcase.

• Possibly catch a peek of Ryan Leech, bike trials legend and Nutcase partner, as well as our friends at World Bicycle Relief  (WBR), our esteemed partner bringing The Power of Bicycles® to rural and emerging regions of the world.

Unframed, our campaign to bring fresh art to fresh helmets, is a big part of the Interbike buzz, and this year artist Carla Bartow’s orginal design graces the cover of the Interbike show guide – check it out. Screen Shot 2015-08-09 at 6.33.18 PM

Whether or not you are going to Las Vegas, you can view and bid on the pieces our three artists create at the show, knowing that all proceeds from the Interbike auction go to benefit WBR. You can find them here.

Interbike is all about what’s new and it’s also a forum for bringing about sustainable change in society – with more bike love. So, even if you can’t attend make sure to read the Manifesto for Change from leading lights in the bicycle industry and sign it if this vision for cycling’s future appeals. See you in the city that never sleeps.
